Shipping Philosophy

At Evermere, we ship with the same care we craft — attentive, thoughtful, and focused on a seamless experience. Each parcel is packed by hand, inspected for quality, and shipped with care from our studio. 

We currently ship throughout the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories, through UPS and USPS. Military APO/FPO/DPO addresses are supported.

Our delivery services are selected to ensure safe, reliable handling of your order from our atelier to your door.

Domestic Delivery

  • Flat-rate shipping: $9.95 – $16.95

  • Delivery timeframe: approximately 3–8 calendar days (4-12 for remote destinations)

  • OCONUS (AK, HI, Territories): up to 26 calendar days

  • Complimentary U.S. shipping on orders over $100 (before tax, after discounts)

Shipping times may vary during holidays or peak periods.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure shipping details are accurate at checkout.
Once submitted, addresses cannot be modified, and reshipment fees may apply.

Order Processing

  • Orders are prepared within 1–3 business days of receipt

  • You will receive tracking information once your order ships

  • If items are temporarily out of stock, processing may take 5–7 weeks

  • Orders may be cancelled within 30 minutes of purchase time, or until status updates to “Processing”.

Evermere is handcrafted in small batches; occasional restock periods preserve freshness and quality.

Shipping Protection

For peace of mind, Shipping Protection is available at checkout to safeguard against loss, theft, or transit damage. Without Shipping Protection, Evermere is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or mis-delivered packages, and customers will need to file a claim directly with the carrier. We strongly recommend adding Shipping Protection at checkout to ensure full coverage for these potential issues.

Military Shipping

APO/FPO/DPO orders are shipped via USPS.
Please allow up to 26 days for delivery to certain destinations.

International Orders

We currently offer international delivery to select destinations where tracking is supported.

Flat Rate International Shipping:
$39.95 USD for all eligible countries listed below.

  • Canada: Orders up to 20 lbs / 9 kg

  • Mexico and All Other Tracked Destinations: Orders up to 4 lbs / 1.8 kg

  • If your shipment exceeds these thresholds, our team will contact you prior to fulfillment to review available options.

Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are not included and remain the responsibility of the recipient.

We do not offer complimentary international shipping.

Business Days & Holidays

Orders ship Monday–Saturday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Packages may be delayed during the following holidays:

Orders placed after 1:00 PM ET process the next business day.

Multiple Addresses

One shipping address per order.
Please place separate orders for multiple destinations.

Returns & Exchanges

We take pride in crafting products with care and intention.

If something is not as expected, we welcome the opportunity to assist.

General Policy

  • Returns are accepted for unused, unopened products within 14 calendar days of delivery.

  • Due to the handcrafted and personal-care nature of our products, items that have been opened or used cannot be returned.

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer

After 14 calendar days, all sales are final.

Exceptions

Non-returnable / final-sale items:

  • Used or Opened Items

  • Broken Seals

  • Sale / Promotional Items (including newsletter sign-up)

  • Gift Cards & Digital Certificates

  • Misfits / Oddballs / Discontinued Products

Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect product, please contact us within 14 calendar days.

We will provide a return label and send a replacement via standard shipping.

Products opened in error become final-sale.

Handcrafted Nature

Due to the artisanal nature of our work and personal-care safety standards, returns are limited. If a product does not suit you, we encourage sharing it with someone who may enjoy it.

Retail Purchases

Please refer to the return policy of the retail partner from which your items was purchased.

Resale Policy

Evermere products are not authorized for resale. We cannot validate or support products purchased through unauthorized resellers.
